Winter offers extensive cross-country skiing and sledding. Snowmobile conditions are excellent as we are located on the main trail system.

Deer or turkey hunting weeks or weekends are available.

Located just seven miles from Cooperstown. Well-behaved children and pets are welcome. Horse boarding is available upon request. Smoking is permitted outside.
